Partnership with Jesus

Noey
Introduction

What if we looked to Jesus as our example in life? What wonderful changes might occur then? Maybe it would help us to toss out some of the trash in our life and bring in some new righteous habits. Let's explore that idea by diving into our Bible study about Jesus as our partner in life!

"Partnership"  This word is very profound, because it tell us that we do need each other at some point, even Jesus was found in the temple on Sabbath because community spirit sometime leads to souls salvation.
"Belonging to a church can be a great source of blessing. Such an environment can be therapeutic for soul and body. True, at times problems arise in the community, and some leave angry and bitter; but more often than not, those who work through their problems can find in the church support and fellowship and encouragement that they might not get anywhere else. Think about what church could be like if every member took to heart these words from Paul: “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ” (Gal. 6:2, NIV)."

One of the questions in this weeks study and worth discussing in a bit more detail is :-

What is your relationship to your local church body? Are you a giver or a taker?,

if you are one or the other, can you be said to be in partnership with Jesus?

When we decide to become followers of Christ, the agreement is established then, we need to maintain that relationship in order for it to prosper and grow.

The bible tell us that it is better to give than to receive so we should be giving more than receiving

And why do you always ask for things when praying? sounds like we're always looking to receive from God.

Prayer should also be about thanking God and praying for others not just yourself

Partnership is imparting the what we have received from God to others, to share the gospel to all we come in contact with, to share the love of God, thats if we have the love of God in us
if we dont have the love of God in us, how can we share what we havn't got?

When your love cup is depleted you can ask God to full you with his love. We can also ask God to bring loving people into our lives to teach us what love is and how to love others effectively. There is just no use just saying you love people when they don't feel your love.

When we make the wrong choice and do things that are wrong, we have to take respronsibility for them, and suffer the consequences for them to
Is it good to carry people's burden that they have brought upon themselves?

Its never good but the reality is that if we show christian love, then we share that burden and feel the pain with them, we also try to pick them u, share the load and give them hope, that is what God expects of us.
